This page explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it. It covers both Buyers and Creators.
What we collect
Buyers: your Wish description, budget, delivery preferences, WhatsApp number, delivery address, and order/payment records.
Creators: your contact email/phone and payout details for reward settlement.
Why we collect it
To generate and fulfill your Wish, process orders and payments, and pay Creator rewards.
How long we keep it
Unconverted Wish text and completed order addresses are anonymized after a retention window once they're no longer needed for the reasons above. Exact retention windows are being finalized with legal review before this goes live.
Requesting deletion
Buyers and Creators can ask us to delete their data. We process requests manually; submit yours below and we'll follow up by email.
